Woman Owned Business

As a SWCD board member and AIS Detector, Shelly Binsfeld saw how businesses and communities can impact the environment. Restoring our water by reducing contaminants that enter the watershed and managing industry impacts on the environment help our communities stay happy and healthy.

The name Rock Leaf Water came from a visit to the headwaters of the Mississippi River, where water moves over boulders and turns into a creek which over many miles spreads into a large river. Rock Leaf is the beginning of an environmental movement where businesses have easy and quality access to help them restore the environment.

Shelly formed Rock Leaf in order to build an environmental company that provides quick responses to businesses and the government to improve hazardous and pollution situations. Meeting needs with an environmental community focus and supporting quality local employment and excellent customer service.
