Ellysa has over four years of experience in prairie restoration, land management (e.g., prescribed fire, cattle grazing, etc.), vegetation and insect surveys (e.g., aquatic and terrestrial plants, monarch butterflies, and ground-nesting bees), graphical design, environmental outreach, and technical writing (e.g., wildlife habitat management plans, prairie stewardship plans, and environmental assessments).

Nate has experience managing native and invasive vegetation, performing forest inventories, maintaining rain gardens, logging wetland delineation reports, and supervising in-field crews. He is a certified MN wetland delineator in-training and is well versed in the world of natural resources management.
