Rock Leaf conducted a Limited Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) along a Minneapolis corridor where future Metro Transit bus stop platforms will be constructed. Rock Leaf utilized ArcGIS to create a program for gathering in-field data as well as refining historical environmental data to areas where land excavation is anticipated. A report was submitted to the Metropolitan Council and its findings will be reviewed to determine if a Phase II site assessment is necessary.
