Rock Leaf performed an Environmental Assessment on behalf of the MN Department of Administration for the proposed renovation and addition to the State Office Building. Rock Leaf provided environmental consulting and collaborated with other project teams to publish a document for public distribution detailing project plans and potential environmental impacts. Following the public comment period, Rock Leaf incorporated responses and submitted a second document for publication to the Environmental Quality Board indicating no need for a formal EIS.
