Rock Leaf has delineated more than 35 wetlands across nearly 100 acres of Blue Earth, Dakota, Kanabec, Ramsey, and St. Louis Counties. Our natural resource team includes BWSR Wetland Professionals in Training who are experienced in utilizing plant identification, hydric soil indicators and hydrology to map wetland boundaries using GIS technology. Rock Leaf has provided Level 2 delineations and submittal to LGUs with TEP meeting representation for numerous clients since 2022.
